For casino hotels

Casino hotels can be as large as small townships, with up to 5000 rooms and even more employees. Most of Timelox customized solutions have been developed here. Below are a few examples of capacity and efficiency related features:

• Remote check-in - our wireless solution allows guests to check-in away from the reception area, even outside the entrance at the curb side.


• Unlimited number of check in stations - our largest hotel has 70 check-in stations, sharing 43 dual card encoders.


• One Card Solution - payment and tailored access with one guest card. See also resort hotels below.


• Superior card flexibility - tailored access for staff and VIP guests, individual read-out from smart cards.

For resort hotels

Resort hotels often have a lower guest turn-over than other hotels, but the travellers expect high service. For this Timelox has developed easy-to-use-solutions such as:


• The One Card Solution - In addition to the guest room, the guest will have access to locations such as: conference rooms, fitness centres and elevators. With most PMS & POS systems, the guest can also use their card for payment of various services throughout the property, such as: laundry, restaurants, slot-machines, vending-machines and gift shops.

 

 

 

For city hotels


City hotels have a wide range of customers. Often short stays and very busy front desk personnel. Timelox features for city hotels include:

• Wireless check-in for business guests - they can pass through the front desk without stopping at check-in.


• Prepared One Card Solutions for larger groups - e.g. common access to certain facilities at certain times.

 

 

  

For small hotels


Even the smallest hotel can benefit from a Timelox electronic locking system:

 

• Lost keys are no longer a problem.

 

• Night porter function - by assigning personal time limited codes to the guests before their visits, they can have access to their rooms and the main entrance without the need for a night porter.
