Integrated surveillance camera

The Timelox Integrated Surveillance Camera uses

LAN standards and is fully interfaced with the hotel locking system. From the Timelox software, the operator can hear the doorbell, see who it is and open the door. This is ideal for increasing security in remote locations such as parking areas, garages and rear entrances.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Curbside check-in

Curbside check-in is a quick and convenient way to save time for both your guests and staff. Guests can drive up, check in, and continue directly to their room without the need to visit the front desk. The curbside check-in unit is connected to the PMS system by radio communication and is capable of completing all check-in functions. This is ideal for large properties or convention centres.

 

 

  

 

Auto-update

With the auto-update feature, it is possible for known guests to check in over the telephone. When the guest arrives, he or she can use her personal magnetic card with track 2 information to encode his/her room number and other vital information on the card at a encoder set up

for auto-update. The guest can also print out a receipt

with his/her room number.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DC-One IR - Centrally controlled locking

Central control is possible with infra-red communication to transfer data from door units to a central control station. Some of the functions made possible include direct cancellation of any card for any door, remote door unit control, “door-ajar” notification and battery status monitoring.
